Each T-shirt is produced specifically for your order. Please allow time for production before shipping.

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days.
• During product launches or busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping

Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

• Sweden: 2 to 5 business days after dispatch
• Europe: 5 to 10 business days
• International: 7 to 15 business days

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available) once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, taxes or import duties charged by their country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us and we'll work with our fulfilment partner to investigate.

Returns & Refunds

Because every T-shirt is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind.

Please check the size guide before placing your order.

If your order arrives:

• damaged
• defective
• or you receive the wrong item

please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
